At threxxonvork, we are committed to providing high-quality seasonal floral arrangements. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have specific policies regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.

Perishable Nature of Products

Flowers and floral arrangements are perishable items with a limited lifespan. Once delivered or collected, they begin to age naturally. We cannot accept returns of perishable floral products that have been delivered or collected.

Quality Issues

If you receive an arrangement that does not meet our quality standards or is damaged upon delivery, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include:

  • Replacement of the arrangement
  • Full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances
  • Store credit for future purchases

Custom Orders

Custom floral arrangements are created specifically for your order and cannot be returned or refunded once work has begun, unless there is a quality issue or error on our part. Custom orders may require a deposit, which is non-refundable if you cancel after work has commenced.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or collection date. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover costs already incurred.

Refunds

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed using the original payment method within 14 business days. Refunds are only available for:

  • Quality issues or damage upon delivery
  • Errors in order fulfilment on our part
  • Cancellations made within the required timeframe

Exchanges

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges. If you are not satisfied with your arrangement due to a quality issue, please contact us to discuss a replacement or refund.

Care Instructions

To ensure the longevity of your arrangement, please follow the care instructions provided. We are not responsible for arrangements that deteriorate due to improper care or environmental conditions beyond our control.
